If you query is in regards to a workshop service job please contact (08) 8343 1400. All other queries can be directed to our Accounts Receivable department by calling (08) 8343 1600.
Parts.Cat.Com is free to all users and allows you to order genuine Cat parts online, anytime, anywhere. You can access Parts.Cat.Com using your existing PartStore sign-on or if you are a new user simply register online. Learn more about Parts.Cat.Com and how to order online. You can also order parts over the phone by calling our Parts Distribution Centre or your local branch.
Hours vary by branch so it’s best to contact the Service department of your local branch prior to dropping off equipment. Locate your nearest Cavpower branch.

Cavpower’s Work Experience Program runs annually from February through to November, with a limited number of places available across our workshops. To apply for work experience with Cavpower, visit our Work Experience page.
Completing work experience with Cavpower is a requirement for our Apprenticeship. We have an annual intake of apprentices. Find out more about Cavpower’s Apprenticeship program.
If you have surplus stock, our Used Equipment team can purchase machines excess to your requirements. We also offer sales by consignment and trade-ins. Find out more about Cavpower’s Used Equipment offerings.
In an emergency, just call the main telephone number of your closest branch and you will be directed to your local technician on standby. For Adelaide metropolitan enquiries, contact our Service switchboard on (08) 343 1400 and you will be directed to our Service Customer Coordinator who will put you in contact with the technician on standby.
