Field Service

Our fleet of fully equipped field service vehicles allow for on-site repairs, servicing and maintenance of any brand or model of generators and power system equipment. Our certified technicians and A-Class electricians have the expertise to diagnose problems quickly to minimise downtime and prevent costly failures. We are committed to providing you with support 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.

Preventative Maintenance

Regular maintenance and testing is the key to ensure your engines and generators are at peak performance and no matter what type of Cat® engine or power system you have, we can tailor a CavCare maintenance agreement to suit your needs.

A CavCare Agreement is a written agreement that provides you with parts and service at a fixed rate to cover your preventative maintenance requirements. CavCare Agreements are customised for your business, equipment and application.

Marine

Whether your requirements are installing Cat® power in a pleasure boat or supplying the engine to the propeller in larger vessels, we have experienced marine specialists capable of maintaining many different types of work vessels. Our Caterpillar trained marine specialists can also carry out marine sea trials and Marine Performance Analysis Reports. Our Port Lincoln and Mt Gambier branches also specialise in the marine industry and employ local Caterpillar trained and qualified marine PAR specialists.
