SECOND BUSINESS DAY REPAIRS OR AS PROMISED**

  • Repair service for common unplanned repairs on machines completed within two business days from initial customer authorisation. Time commitments for major repairs may vary.
  • If your common unplanned repair is delayed beyond two days or the agreed completion date, you’ll receive $1,000 in Cat Credits.
