A world class facility designed to better serve our customers.
Our new state-of-the-art Service Operations Centre (SOC) located at Gepps Cross alongside our Component Rebuild Centre will provide improved capabilities to better serve our customers, big and small, with service solutions we’ve not been able to provide at our Enfield location.
Our facility accommodates our general workshop, engineering, welding and fabrication, build-up, field service, lube truck, paint shop and centralised service offices. Separate workshops house our track press and wash bays.
The enormous 6,500m2 specialised workshop comprises of 26 bays fitted with overhead cranes that range from 12.5 tonne up to 25 tonne and is designed to facilitate from the smallest to the largest of Cat equipment. The enhanced layout and larger workshops will provide a more efficient and effective workflow and improve repair quality to further enhance your customer experience with Cavpower. By being more efficient service and repair times will be cut – which will save time and money for our customers.
At our new facility we have the ability to do practically everything under one roof – we can completely overhaul major equipment right on site, without sending anything out to other providers whilst maintaining strict quality control. We work to the highest contamination control standards which means components last longer and operating costs are lower, hence providing more up-time for our customers.
Cavpower is your one-stop shop for service and repairs of earthmoving and mining equipment, for both Cat and other makes and models. We have the qualified and experienced staff capable of handling virtually anything in this category.
