General Workshop
Each of our branch locations has workshop facilities with bays to allow us to carry out work that is not suitable to be carried out in the field, including:-
- All general mechanical repairs to the complete range of Caterpillar equipment, from mining machines to compact construction.
- Hydraulic system repairs
- Under carriage repairs (including: track re-conditioning and roller repairs)
- Accident damage repairs with insurance quoting where required
- Certified rebuilds
- New machine build ups, fitting self greasing systems, fire suppression systems and lighting systems.
Paint Shop
Our spray painting facility allows complete or partial machine re-sprays to enhance your machine and promote your business.
Our substantial, fully enclosed and ventilated spray booth allows us to spray paint machines from the smallest roller to the largest wheel loader and ensure the very best finish from touch-ups to total re-paints including decals.
